I'm renting out my fully furnished one-bedroom apartment on charming and popular Erstagatan, complete with a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is located on the third floor and features large windows that let in a lot of natural light. It has an open and social distribution and underfloor heating in the bathroom. The rent includes Wi-Fi, TV, electricity, water, and heating. There is also a shared laundry room in the building. The location is cozy, quiet, and highly sought after, just a steps away from several restaurants and bars. Nytorget is only a short walk away. Public transportation is excellent with many bus lines stopping right outside on Erstagatan. I'm renting out the apartment because I live and work abroad (and have been for the last 3 years). So I'm looking for a tenant who plans to stay minimum one or two years (even longer if possible). I will be able to show the apartment in person starting 2nd of August, as it's rented now until July 31st.
