The apartment is comfortably furnished in a simple Scandinavian style and is ready to move into. ✨ The apartment includes: • 75 m² living space • 1 separate bedroom • Fully furnished • High-speed internet • Large shared garden (5,000 m²) • River directly behind the house • Public swimming area with barbecue area only a 2-minute walk away • Dogs and outdoor cats are welcome upon agreement Our goal is not simply to rent out apartments. We want to create a welcoming home for people who value nature, freedom, respectful neighbours and a harmonious house community. We especially welcome people who are planning to move to Sweden, as well as those already living here who are looking for a fresh start or a place where they no longer have to do everything alone and can enjoy being part of a friendly community. Having moved to Sweden ourselves, we are happy to share our experience and help new arrivals settle into everyday life here in Småland. 📍Please note: Due to our rural location, owning a car is essential. 📅 We prefer long-term rental agreements (8–18 months). 💰 Rent & included costs Monthly rent: 8,000 SEK The rent includes: • Furnished apartment • Internet (WLAN) • Water and sewage • Waste collection • Shared house infrastructure and common areas Electricity is charged separately according to actual consumption. During the heating season (approximately October–May), additional heating costs apply due to the central pellet heating system. The heating costs are shared fairly between the apartments and are calculated based on the actual costs of running the system. 🛋️ We also have another furnished 75 m² open-plan studio apartment available (without a separate bedroom).
