Hi! I am subletting my AF Bostäder corridor room (including private bathroom) for approximately five months, since I am going on exchange semester to Spain. The cost per month is currently 3889.00 SEK and the room is located in Vildanden (Ällingavägen), Lund. The subletting period would start in the beginning of September (it is possible to move it to about 20th of August if necessary) and end towards the end of January. The room is furnished as can be seen in the photos, it has large wardrobe, desk with a chair, bookshelf, bed, and a bedside table. It comes with private bathroom, including sink, toilet and shower. The kitchen is shared with 7 other students, all of them are very nice and friendly. IMPORTANT! As this is a subletting via AF Bostäder, you must be a Lund University student/ exchange student and would need to register to AF Bostäder and become a member of Studentlund. This membership costs about 400 SEK per semester, but also gives you access to all of the student pubs and clubs. The benefit of this is that the renting and contract will go through AF Bostäder, which is a huge company offering student housing, so you can be sure that you won't be scammed :))
