Hello everyone! I'm planning to rent out my apartment in Norra Sorgenfri for **6–12 months with the possibility of extension**, with a **move-in date as early as 1 August**. It's a bright, spacious **two-floor apartment**, about a **10-minute bike ride to Triangeln**. One of my favourite things about it is the almost 5-metre-high windows. The balcony is at street level, but during the warmer months it's covered by beautiful vine leaves that create a surprisingly private and green little oasis. The apartment will be rented **furnished**, so you can simply move in and feel at home. (I'm still deciding whether the piano will stay or come with me. ) Some of the things you'll have access to: * Fully furnished apartment with plenty of storage * Fast 500 Mbps internet * Bikes in the building that residents can book and use * Sauna on the top floor with a beautiful panoramic city view * Green courtyard * Energy-efficient building * A food waste composter in the kitchen, so you don't have to deal with taking food scraps out separately I'm looking for someone (perfect for one person or a couple) who will enjoy living here and, most importantly, take good care of the apartment. Ideally, you have a stable income. The tenancy is also subject to my landlord approving the tenant. **Rent:** 12,000 SEK/month (furnished) + electricity, hot water and internet (500 mbps -115 SEK) according to invoices.
