Apartment for rent in Söderkulla, Malmö I am renting out a newly renovated apartment of 85 sqm in Söderkulla, Malmö. The apartment consists of a large bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. There is also access to an extra room that I use as an office when needed. I will therefore have a key and be able to enter occasionally when necessary, but the apartment is not my permanent residence. The apartment is bright, warm, and located in a quiet area in a building with four floors and an elevator. It is situated on the second floor. Excellent public transport with two bus stops nearby, as well as proximity to schools, preschools, and a health center. In the area, there are also Coop, Extra, and Willys within convenient distance. The rent of SEK 7,500 includes electricity, hot water, and internet. The apartment is rented to a serious tenant. Preferably, I am looking for one person, but this can be discussed if another arrangement feels okay for both parties. Viewings can be arranged by appointment. For those interested, a contract for 6+ months will be signed. A two-month deposit is required before move-in. Address registration is possible.
