I am renting out this spacious three room apartment on John Ericssons Väg with the possibility of immediate move in. There is also the possibility to take over the first-hand contract later on, after approval from the landlord. The rent is SEK 14,000 per month, excluding electricity. In order to rent the apartment second hand, you need to be approved by Stena Fastigheter (Stena Real Estate)
