I am renting out our extra bedroom in my apartment (5 rooms). It is my two sons and I every other week and just me (and occasionally my boyfriend) every other week when they live with their dad nearby. They are soon to be 18 and 19 years old and are both studying, and I am 52 and I work downtown and sometimes from home. The entire appartement was renovated in 2024 and it is lovely. Very varm and light with two balconies and it is located on the fifth floor. I have a journalist living with us since April and he can be a reference, unfortunately he is moving due to job and he can move out the 31 of August - or the 30th of August. So the room can be available from either 1 September or the 1 of October. We are flexible regarding that. What I need from you is a stable income and references and I need to see employment and or study certificate, along with a copy of you ID. The room is all furnished (I am flexible if you would like you own furniture) and the rent include electricity, water, heat, wifi, TV, bed, table, desk, wardrobe, carpet, cabinet and access to bathroom, washing machines and kitchen. It is located at Gärdet/Östermalm with excellent communications buses (1:an just outside the door) and T-bana (Gärdet) and walking distance to Djurgården and nearest ICA is across the street.
