Hi. My wife went to Uddevalla. That's why I have a room for rent in Flemingsberg, near Karolinska Institutet. The apartment is located 6 minutes from the pendeltåg station, from there is a 19-minute ride to T-Centralen. The apartment is on the second floor with lift. The room was a bedroom but I put in a desk and it is now suitable for rent. There are two large wardrobes. 11m² is for one person, but if a couple decides to live as two, let me know, than maybe we can change the rooms. The apartment is LGBTQ+ friendly and we do not tolerate any manifestations of racism. Other roommate – Nana Tutu will take care of the apartment. We can offer a separate fridge and apartment have a nice balcony. At rent You have included fast [500Mb/s] Internet and and electricity included, unless it will be more than 800 sek per month [and it's extremely hard to archive it if You have no small factory at Your room].
