New Greenhouse is a student hub that accommodates over 100 students just like you, in a house in constant development to make less impact on the environment, for the future. At New Greenhouse you have your own room. There is a toilet and a shower per three rooms. There are several kitchens on each floor and a shared living room. This community is located in Råby, an idyllic village-like district in Lund with a fantastic view of the Scanian landscape. Lund city center is 20 minutes away by bicycle and 10 minutes away is the Linero Center, with a grocery store, a pharmacy, pizzeria, and bus stop. New Greenhouse provides social interaction and community in the building, by inviting community spaces. There is a small gym with a sauna, for your complimentary use. There is a laundry room that you book via a screen at the main entrance. There are kitchens and lounge areas – some large and bright, others smaller and more homely – shared by the students. På New Greenhouse har du ett eget rum. Det finns toalett och dusch per tre rum. På varje våningsplan finns flera kök samt ett gemensamt vardagsrum. Boendet ligger i Råby, ett idylliskt, byliknande område i Lund med fantastisk utsikt över det skånska landskapet. Det tar 20 minuter att cykla till Lunds centrum, och bara 10 minuter bort ligger Linero Center med mataffär, apotek, pizzeria och busshållplats. New Greenhouse främjar social samvaro och gemenskap genom inbjudande gemensamma utrymmen. Det finns ett litet gym med bastu som du kan använda utan extra kostnad. Det finns även en tvättstuga som du bokar via en skärm vid huvudentrén. Det finns kök och sällskapsytor – vissa stora och ljusa, andra mindre och mer hemtrevliga – som delas av studenterna.
