Jag är en pensionerad akademiker som hyr ut ett rum i min trerumslägenhet på våning ett i ett trevåningshus. Området är lugnt och stabilt med goda förbindelser med city och GU/Chalmers. Tysta och vänliga grannar. Under din hyrestid vill jag att du vattnar mina krukväxter ifall jag gör någon längre resa. Du får alltid ta hem vänner till ditt rum och köket och i förekommande fall får du gärna använda mitt vardagsrum som är möblerat med dining furniture och möjlighet för flera personer att umgås. I hyran ingår: sängkläder, sänglinne, handdukar, galgar, toa- och hushållspapper. Till rummet hör två garderober med stora skåp ovanför. I källaren finns ett låst cykelrum och en modern och fräsch tvättstuga som du har fri tillgång till. Det har du givetvis även till kök med kyl och frys samt till badrum. Så du får gärna laga mat, baka eller vad du kan tänkas vilja. Jag är social, openminded och flexibel, vilket jag hoppas att du också är. Flytande i engelska. I am a retired academic renting out a room in my three-room apartment, located on the first floor of a three-story building. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with excellent connections to the city center and GU/Chalmers. Quiet and friendly neighbors. During your tenancy, I would like you to water my houseplants if I go away on a longer trip. You are always welcome to bring friends over to your room and the kitchen, and when appropriate, you are also welcome to use my living room, which is furnished with a dining set and has space for several people to socialize. The rent includes: bedding, bed linens, towels, hangers, toilet paper, and paper towels. The room comes with two wardrobes featuring large overhead cabinets. In the basement, there is a locked bicycle room and a modern, clean laundry room to which you have free access. Naturally, you also have full access to the kitchen (including the fridge and freezer) and the bathroom. So you are more than welcome to cook, bake, or do whatever else you might like.
