I want to rent out my apartment for around 3 years because I am moving from Stockholm. My apartments is new and very clean. Electricity, warm water and WiFi is not included in the rent . I will share every month receipt with the tenants and they will pay what they use.. its for long term but 2 month notice for both sides.i will prefer pet free person.
