Hello, Looking for someone to rent our apartment in Årstadal. Suitable for a family. - One bigger master bedroom, one medium bedroom and one smaller - Big livingroom with curved TV, big bathroom, plenty of storage space, spacious kitchen with dining table for 6 ppl - 2 balconies (one is covered by windows) - Semi furnished (tv, kitchen table , etc) but things that are not needed can be stored in basement - Rent includes everything (internet, electricity, heat etc) - 2 supermarkets (ICA/Hemköp) - Many kindergarten options - Several restaurants, playgrounds and close to the water for swimming during summer Good transport options. Årstadal tram-stop is 1 min away. One stop takes you to either Liljeholmen metro or Årstaberg commuter rail. 15 min walk to Hornstull. Renting out due to travel/work.
