(English below) Välkommen till en lägenhet för idealiskt 1 person, eller eventuellt ett par, på en lugn gata, intill Nyköpings centralstation, belägen högst upp i byggnaden med endast en granne (3:e våningen, trappa). Den har ett vardagsrum/sovrum (1 stort fönster och ett litet), ett separat kök (1 fönster) och ett separat duschrum med toalett. Lägenheten är omöblerad, förutom ett högt bord och 2 stolar (se bilder). Tillgång till förråd finns precis utanför ytterdörren på tredje våningen. Du är välkommen att ändra inredningen med tillstånd. Källaren har ett stort säkert cykelförråd och en välskött gemensam toalett. Lägenheten ligger precis intill tågstationen och nära sjukhusområdet. Centrum ligger tio minuters promenad bort. Observera - parkering är endast tillgänglig om du begär en plats från BRF, väntetiden kan vara flera månader, jag står på väntelistan. Hyran inkluderar alla räkningar (el och byggnadshyra). It has a living/bedroom (1 large window and one small), a separate kitchen (1 window) and a separate shower room with a toilet. The apartment is unfurnished, aside from a high table and 2 chairs (see photos). Storage area access is right outside the front door on the third floor. You are welcome to change decoration with permission. The basement has a large secure bike storage area, and a well maintained community washroom. The apartment is located right next to the train station and near the hospital zone. The town center is a ten minute walk away. Please note - parking is only available if you request a space from the BRF, the wait time may be several months, I am on the wait list.
