A very fresh 3 room apartment with 2 bedrooms fully renovated with a modern kitchen. You will rent out a private room with a work desk and a bed. (picture attached)The common areas such as living room, bathroom and balcony will be shared. Rent will include the cost of electricity and internet. There is public transport with good frequency that takes you to centrum in about 15 minutes. Looking a good, quiet flat mate who keeps the place tidy. Since I am a vegetarian I prefer if the flatmate is also vegetarian.
