I will be working abroad for a few months and therefore wish to rent out my apartment. I can be flexible with +/- 1 week with the dates. It’s a one-bedroom apartment, 47 square meters, with a balcony. The balcony offers a fantastic view of the water and stunning sunsets in the evenings. The apartment is in excellent condition, with herringbone parquet flooring in the living room. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the Axelsberg and Mälarhöjden subway stations, which easily take you into the city. There are Ica and Coop stores near the stations. Even closer to the apartment, there is a small convenience store and a pizzeria. The apartment is located near the water and natural areas, and it’s a 15-minute walk to the popular Vinterviken. I’m renting it out furnished, so everything you need is already there. The bed is 140 cm wide. Unfortunately, there will be no access to a storage unit. Heating and internet are included in the rent, but electricity and personal home insurance are additional.
