Since I'll be moving out this weekend I'm looking for someone to take over my contract from the first of December or alternatively live here temporary until the end of January when my contract runs out. DO NOTE that if you want to take over the contract you need to be a student and you need to get approved by the landlord. It's a one room 22m² apartment on Panelgatan 56, second floor and the rent is 5192 kr a month. Heating, water, electricity and wifi is included in the price along with a storage space.
