Hej, We are looking for one student to join a small student house with five rooms in Arlöv, located at Aspgatan 8. The room is available from 1 August 2026. The room is fully furnished and is available exclusively to students. If you will be studying in Malmö, Lund, or Alnarp, this could be the perfect place for you. We are looking for a student who is interested in renting long-term – for at least one year, and preferably longer. The house is conveniently located close to everything you need: * Supermarket – approximately a 5-minute walk * Shopping centre – approximately a 10-minute bike ride * Train station – approximately a 10-minute bike ride * Bus connections – approximately a 5–15 minute walk, depending on which bus line you use * Lomma Beach – approximately a 20-minute bike ride The house has a shared kitchen, two bathrooms, two living rooms, a laundry room, and a garden, all of which are shared by the residents. The room costs SEK 4,100 per month. Heating, water, electricity, and Wi-Fi are all included in the rent.
