Hi Im subletting a single bedroom in my 2 bedroom apartment in a quiet street off Nobeltorget. Im a single mom with a 2yr old little boy and am looking for a female to sublet the extra bedroom for 6000 SEK per month. ( deposit of one months rent) All bills included, ideal for a Masters/PhD Student as room has a great work desk and big white board... Apartment is big and spacious with an outdoor terrace. We are very well located, with shops and groceries at walking distance, 2 min walk to Möllevangen and Södervärn bus station, Malmö C is 8min away by bus. The room is available now and I am beginning to interview candidates... Weve recently moved to Malmo from London and we are a very international family, which includes being French, American, Japanese and Indian.
