Årsta is a charming neighborhood with nature, small cafés, and a friendly local atmosphere. The room is bright and calm – perfect for studying. From the nearby bus stop, you can reach Stockholm University, KTH, and Södertörn University within about 25–35 minutes by public transport. I prefer a responsible female tenant, ideally a student or researcher.
