Roommates sökes! Jag letar efter två härliga personer som vill dela lägenhet med mig då mina nuvarande roomies utbytesår börjar lida mot sitt slut. Lägenheten är en fyra på BoKompakt på 43 m² där var och en har ett eget rum, ett oanvänt rum som gästrum, samt med gemensamt vardagsrum/kök och två små badrum. I och med att BoKompakt är små hus så har vi fönster åt alla vädersträck Hyran inkluderar allt (värme, el, bredband och vatten) och ligger på runt 3900kr. Köket/vardagsrummet är möblerat, och samma gäller för rummen, men detta kan även ändras på i viss mån. BoKompakt ligger i Norra Fäladen mitt emot Willys samt nära till både LTH och ekonomihögskolan, och som allt i Lund så är det max 15 minuter till resten av stan med cykel. Dessutom går det direktbuss till centrum från hållplatsen utanför. Jag letar efter två trevliga personer att bo med som också tycker det är trevligt att säga hej när man kommer hem, samt eventuellt har några gemensamma intressen. Jag letar främst efter personer som planerar att stanna längre, men du är välkommen att skriva oavsett ifall du tycker det låter intressant! I’m looking for two lovely people to share a flat with me, as my current flatmates’ exchange year is coming to an end. The flat is a four-room property with BoKompakt, measuring 43 m², where everyone has their own room, an unused room serves as a guest room, and there is a shared living room/kitchen and two small bathrooms. As BoKompakt consists of small houses, we have windows facing all directions The rent includes everything (heating, electricity, broadband and water) and is around 3,900 SEK. The kitchen/living room is furnished, as are the bedrooms, but this can be changed to some extent. BoKompakt is located in Norra Fäladen, opposite Willys and close to both LTH and the School of Economics, and like everything in Lund, it’s a maximum of 15 minutes by bike to the rest of the city. There’s also a direct bus to the city centre from the stop outside. I’m looking for two friendly people to live with who also enjoy saying hello when they come home, and perhaps share some common interests. I’m mainly looking for people who plan to stay for a while, but you’re welcome to get in touch regardless if you think it sounds interesting!
