Hi, I’m currently renting out the top floor in my house in Gothenburg (Änggården) just next to Botaniska Trädgården for a French speaking student (I’m French speaking as well). Price: 6000 kr/m The top floor is a approximately 40 m2 (where my 2 grown-up boys used to live) with full privacy. Entrence, kitchen and laundry room is shared.
