Välkommen till ett härligt hus med många rum och en stor och solig trädgård, beläget precis intill Höga Kusten. Det finns många bussförbindelser till Kramfors och Härnösand, eller tågförbindelser till O-vik, Sundsvall och Umeå. Hyrestypen är "kallhyra", vilket innebär att el, uppvärmning och internet inte ingår. Däremot ingår vatten, sophämtning och snöröjning av vägen som leder till huset i hyran. There are three large supermarkets within 6 minute drive: Coop, ICA and Willy:s. There are many bus connections to Kramfors and Härnösand, or train connections to O-vik, Sundsvall, and Umeå. The type of rent is "cold rent" meaning it doesn't include electricity, heating, or internet. The rent however does include water, garbage collection and de-snowing of the road leading to the house.
