Vi har en väldigt fin 1.a på ca 30m2 med kök, badrum och liten uteplats, egen ingång i enskild del av vårt hus som ligger i Hägersten, 500m till T-bana Axelsberg som vi hyr ut till rökfri, djurfri skötsam person med tillträde 1 mars. Är du dessutom vegetarian så kommer det prioriteras. Lägenheten hyrs ut möblerad. Ugn, frys och tvättmaskin, ev. parkering finns. Hyran är 9000 kr/mån exkl. el/värme (ca. 1000kr/månad) och med en månads deposition. Uppsägningstiden 2 mån båda håll. Gäller tills vidare men utan besittningsrätt. We are looking for a smoke-free, pet-free and tidy person who will have access to the place 1 of March. If you are also a vegetarian, it will be a priority. The apartment is furnished. Oven, freezer and washing machine, also parking could possible be available. The rent is SEK 9000 / month excl. electricity/heat (approx. 1000kr/month) One months deposit.
