I’m renting out my well-planned apartment (approx. 36 m²) in Täby, Roslags Näsby as I have moved in with my boyfriend. The apartment is fully furnished and the rental period is from first week of December 2025-September 2026, with possibility of extension for up to a year. The apartment is located in one of the best areas in Täby, right next to Roslagsbanan (tram), which takes you to Stockholm University and KTH in just 13-16 minutes and the city centre in 30 minutes. You’ll find many local shops and restaurants nearby and it’s only a 10-minute walk to Täby Centrum – one of the best shopping malls in Stockholm. The apartment includes: - Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher - Bathroom - Sleeping alcove - Great storage - Windows facing north and east - Corner unit with no overlooking neighbors - Large balcony with morning sun Rent includes: - Electricity, water and heating - Internet Rent: 11,500 SEK/month The tenant must be approved by the housing association. I’m looking for a responsible, non-smoking tenant with no pets who will take good care of the apartment and respect the neighbors. Preferably a female tenant or a couple.
