The apartment has two bedrooms, a spacious living room, kitchen, bathroom and a private balcony. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. A TV is also available. Rent: 13,000 SEK/month, including all running costs. No pets are allowed. Please note that one private storage area inside the apartment is not included in the rental and will remain locked during the entire rental period. I am renting out the apartment temporarily while I am abroad and will return after the rental period. The sublet is subject to approval by Hyresbostäder.
