Room for rent in our family apartment Our eldest son has moved out, and we are looking to rent out his newly renovated room to an European international student, i.e. someone from outside Sweden. The room is 10 m² and comes furnished with a 90x200 cm bed, a desk with an office chair, and a wardrobe. Our 6-room apartment offers shared access to the kitchen, living room, dining room, and bathroom. You will be living with our family: my wife, myself, and our youngest son, who is currently studying at the University of Gothenburg. Location & Commute: Location: Åby, Mölndal The location is ideal for students attending Chalmers or the University of Gothenburg. Bus 753 stops right outside, providing an easy 20 minute commute to the city center and universities. Mölndal city center is close by, where there are further connections by tram and train that will take you quickly to Gothenburg. Mölndal also has several shops and restaurants. Rent & Details: Rent: €400/month Included: Electricity, water, heating, internet, and access to laundry facilities.
