Hello! Due to a trip abroad program,I am renting out my apartment located near Södermalm metro station in Stockholm for a short term period of 3+4 months,starting from January 2025. The apartment is approximately 45 square meters and includes one bedroom ,a living room ,dining area ,fully equipped kitchen ,and bathroom with a bathtub,There is also a storage room ,and it comes fully furnished and ready to move in .The rent includes all utilities crunch as water ,electricity ,and WiFi. The ideal tenant is non-smoker,has no pets and is a single occupant with stable income.A one month deposit is required,and the monthly rent is 13,000sek. Thanks !
