The room of 12 sqm is rented to a vegan person who is good with cats. It’s located in a quiet area next to fields and walking pathways while still in the town. Currently here living me (37 yo, she/they), working full time as a researcher and three cats. I have been living with roommates for about four years and it was working out nicely. Among housing rules are quiet hours at night and cleaning schedule. There is a bus stop across the road, nearest grocery store is 10 minutes walk and university/downtown area is 12 minutes by bus.
