After 3 years of study my tenant graduated and that makes my apartment ready for a new tenant. The apartment is an annex to my house with an own entance, located in Bjärred (400 m from the sea), in a quiet area just outside city of Lund ! A walk to the bus stop takes about 5 min with about 20min travel time to Lund and 30min to Malmö. The apartment is fully furnished with a bathroom, shower, small kitchen, washing machine, TV and wifi. The rent is 7.200sek/ month, all included. Hej ! Efter 3 års studier flyttar nu min student o min lägenhet är klar för en ny hyresgäst / student ! Lägenheten är ett annex till mitt hus med egen ingång o ligger i Bjärred ( 400 m från havet )!
