The cottage is 30 square meters and has a combined kitchen and living room, a separate bathroom and separate bedroom. The cottage comes fully furnished down to furniture and cutlery but we can adapt to the tenant’s needs. There is a washing mashing and tumble dryer to use in the garage. We are looking for a responsible person and single occupancy. We could consider a pet in the form of a car. Water is included in the rent. Electricity is separate. Internet can be included if needed. The cottage is located in a calm area close to the sea. A supermarket is 5 minutes drive. There is a bus stop 5 minutes walking distance that can take you to Åkersberga or Stockholm.
