Rent includes access to the kitchen and bathroom ( the appartment has two bathrooms), wi-fi, electricity, warm water, cleaning materials, toilet paper. Sköndal is a green and pleasant area with walking distance to a lake, forest and swimming areas. The local center with grocery store and bus connections to Gullmarsplan, is 2 minutes from the apartment.
