Room with Private Balcony in Enskedalen WOMEN only. We’re offering a spacious room in our 5-room, 120 sqm apartment located in the peaceful area of Enskedalen. The room is slightly secluded and comes with its own private balcony. It can be rented furnished or unfurnished, depending on your needs. You’ll be sharing the apartment with me and my two children (aged 10 and 14), who stay with me half of the time. We also have a lovely poodle named Lajka. On many weekends, we spend time at our countryside home, so the apartment will often be quiet during those days. I work with human rights and enjoy spending my free time in nature. We share the kitchen and bathroom, and occasionally enjoy a cup of tea together in the evenings. We are looking for a female housemate, who leads an independent life with a stable income. It’s important that you’re respectful, especially when the children are home, and that you help keep the shared spaces tidy. You don’t drink large amounts of alcohol in the apartment when the kids are around, and you have a balanced personality. Can adjust rent for commuters or every second week renters.
