ENGLISH: A room in a shared house in southern Lund is for rent immediately. Located just south of the city park. 6 minutes by bike to the central Lund/main university building. Shared with me and my daughter (20 years old). 2 bathrooms, bright and nice living room and kitchen are shared with us. There is a small garden. Rent SEK 4,500 incl. wifi, electricity etc. Room is available immediately. We are looking for a female resident who is smoke / tobacco free and generally tidy, and who is looking to stay at least until end of January (preferably end of June).
