I am now renting out my two-room apartment (tvåa) in Traneberg. It is 39 sqm and features a hallway, a living room (including a 75” TV and a working desk), large wardrobes, a separate kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom and a southwest-facing balcony. Internet, water and electricity are included in the rent. I am looking for a tenant (max 2 people) who is tidy, non-smoking and responsible, and who appreciates a quiet and pleasant living environment. This is a peaceful neighborhood, so I am looking for someone who is a good fit for this setting. Therefore, I require references from a previous landlord or employer, as well as a proof of a stable income. There is a bicycle room and a laundry room in the same building. Household trash is disposed of right outside the building, and it is about a 450-meter walk to the plastic, glass and paper recycling station. The subway (Alvik station, Green Line) is a 10-min walk away. Biking to the center takes about 20 minutes. By the Alvik station you’ll find an ICA supermarket, a health center, a pharmacy, tram and bus stops, restaurants, a bike shop, a SATS gym, a tennis hall a postal service point and others. There are fantastic walking paths along the water, where you will also find a Nordic Wellness gym and additional restaurants. The reason I am renting out the apartment is that I am moving in with my partner.
