Lägenheten ligger precis bredvid Ruddalen naturområde där ni hittar mataffär (Willys), gym, skolar och förskolor i området. Spårvagnshållplatsen ligger 5 minuters promenad från bostaden som tar er till Sahlgrenska (10 min), Chalmers (15 min) och centralstationen (20 min). Bostaden ligger på våning 7 och erbjuder en stor inglasad balkong. Vi vill gärna hyra ut till en familj, ett par, alternativt vänner som vill dela på boendekostnaden. The apartment is located right next to the Ruddalen nature area, where you will find a grocery store (Willys), gym, schools, and preschools nearby. The tram stop is a 5-minute walk from the apartment and provides easy access to Sahlgrenska Hospital (10 minutes), Chalmers University of Technology (15 minutes), and the central station (20 minutes). The apartment is on the 7th floor and features a large enclosed balcony. We prefer to rent to a family, a couple, or friends who wish to share the housing costs.
