I am renting out my studio apartment in Roslags Näsby, SSSB Freja, from mid-January to June. I am going on an exchange semester so ideally I'd like to rent out to an exchange student coming to Stockholm for the same period. It's a fully furnished one room studio with bathroom and kitchenette, 23 m² in total. Rent is 6200 sek per month and everything is included (electricity, heat, water and wifi). The apartment is located close to Roslags Näsby station on Roslagsbanan, which takes about 15 minutes to Stockholm University and KTH. Since it's an SSSB apartment, the tenant must be a student and registered with SSSB.
