Two Rooms Available in Näsbypark, Täby – Women Only 🏡 We have two available rooms in a quiet and pleasant house with a pool in Näsbypark, Täby. ✨ Available rooms: • Room 1: 11 m² – 5,500 SEK/month 📅 Available from July 1 • Room 3: 18 m² – 7,500 SEK/month 📅 Available from August 1 (Rent includes electricity, water, and WiFi.) There are three separate rooms on the lower floor. Each woman has her own private room, while the kitchen, entrance, bathroom, laundry room, and pool are shared with the other residents. 📍 Great location: • Approximately 12 minutes’ walk to Näsby Allé station • Approximately 15 minutes to Stockholm University • Approximately 19 minutes to KTH (via Stockholm Östra) We are preferably looking for students or young professionals who are interested in a quiet, long-term accommodation, ideally until at least summer 2027.
