Hey there! I'm looking for the right roommate to share a three-room apartment with a balcony in Hagsätra. The room is approximately 17 square meters. There is a double bed, a big wardrobe and a desk. Openable window. We share the kitchen and the bathroom (bathtub, toilet, combined washing machine/dryer). In the kitchen there is a fridge/freezer, gas stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc. Wi-Fi, water, electricity (normal consumption) and gas are included in the rent. 20 minutes far away from the center with the subway. 5 minutes walking distance to bus, subway, center with grocery stores, gym and library, etc. Requirements: Fixed income, good references, careful person, no pets.
