Hello, This is a post to check the interest in renting out my apartment secondhand. I live in Lundy, Hisingen and am planning to rent out (furnished) a 45sqm + 10sqm L shaped balcony. (6 months duration). Looking for serious tenants (max two), no pets and no smokers. Rent 10050kr not including electricity.
