**Student apartment available in Malmö for Autumn Semester 2026 ** Hi yall! During the autumn semester I’ll be going on exchange, so I’m renting out my room from the end of August until the beginning of January. Therefore, I am looking for a student to sublet my student apartment for this period. The apartment is in the Rönnen building and the landlord is MKB. The apartment is fully furnished and ready to move into, where the monthly rent is 5500 SEK ( the price includes electricity, water, and heating). Residents also have access to a bookable laundry room and a gym. Internet and home insurance are not included and need to be arranged separately. The location is in Värnhem, a super convenient area with excellent public transport connections. Supermarkets like ICA and Willys are within walking distance from the building.
