I’m looking for a lovely, reliable person (or couple) to enjoy my fully furnished apartment while I’m in Brazil for my annual medical treatment and warm-climate rehabilitation. The apartment is a bright and spacious 68 m² two-room apartment, recently renovated and located in the heart of Möllan—one of Malmö’s most vibrant, creative, and multicultural neighborhoods. Cafés, restaurants, parks, public transport, and the city center are all just a short walk away. The apartment is fully equipped, so you can simply bring your suitcase and feel at home. It includes: • Fully equipped kitchen • Dishwasher • Washing machine & dryer • Smart TV, Apple TV & home theatre • PlayStation 4 • Guitars (if you play, they’re yours to enjoy!) • Queen-size bed • Sofa, dining table, wardrobe & plenty of storage • Sunny balcony Rent: 10,000 SEK/month • One month’s deposit • 10% furniture surcharge • Electricity, heating and broadband are billed separately according to usage. The building also has a private garage, available for 800 SEK/month if needed. Because this is my home, I’m hoping to find someone who will enjoy living here and treat it with the same care they would their own. Ideally, you have a stable income, good references, and are a non-smoker without pets. Suitable for a single professional or a couple.
