En av våra nuvarande hyresgäster kommer att flytta ut vid årsskiftet, och vi söker därför en ny, trevlig rumskompis till vår kvarvarande hyresgäst, Lu! 🌸 Bostaden ligger i ett lugnt, tryggt och familjevänligt område i Valsätra, med smidiga förbindelser till både Uppsala universitet och centrum. Lägenheten är fullt möblerad och du får ett eget sovrum samt tillgång till gemensamma utrymmen såsom kök, vardagsrum och badrum. 📍 Läge och kommunikationer: - Ca 10 minuter med cykel till BMC - Ca 17 minuter med cykel till centrala Uppsala - Ca 2 minuters promenad till närmaste busshållplats 💰 Hyra: 6 750 kr/månad, inklusive allt så som el, värme, vatten internet etc. 📅 Inflyttning: 1 Januari 2027 Vi hoppas hitta någon som är ansvarsfull, omtänksam och trivs med att dela bostad med en annan person.
