This newly renovated apartment of 35 square meters is on the ground floor of our villa. It has its own entrance and you have your own kitchen and bathroom. Then you also have access to a laundry room, parking space and patio with barbecue. It is fully equipped. Our house is located in a residential area 15 km south of downtown Stockholm. It takes 15 minutes to get there by car or 30-40 minutes by public transport. We live 2 km from Farsta Strand where you have both Tunnelbana (metro) and Pendeltåg (commuter train). If you don’t want to walk to Farsta Strand there is a bus 150 m from our house.
