Renting this spacious house to call home. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 with twin beds and one with a king bed. It comes fully furnished. It has a new washing machine, fridge and dishwasher as well as new cooking equipment that can be used. Greenhouse without roof for the winter. Rent excludes bills (electricity, internet and water/waste management). The house also has a garage, basement for storage and car parking. Renting for cheap as it's more important for a good tenant to live there. I was slowly renovating the house and it will continue with the tenant's permission. Entry date can be negotiated (from December 1st onwards). Prefer long term rent (1 year+).
