Hejhej! I am currently looking for someone to rent out my apartment to. I'll be trial living with my partner, so I am renting it out for a year. The apartment has a spacious kitchen, living room, and bedroom, with the bedroom overlooking the courtyard. Other than that there is a bathroom with a bath, and a balcony glazing. The apartment will be partially furnished. Sofa and TV will be moved to my new place, but I'm willing to find a solution to this with you ☺️ It's a calm location near the highway to Lund, perfect if you commute there often. Bus line 4 will take you directly from just outside your door to the centre of Malmö. There are some smaller supermarkets on walking distance, and bigger ones in Varnhem (also easy to reach with bus line 4). I'm hoping to rent out to one person or a couple who are dependable and take care of where they live. Rules from the Hsb Brf will need to be followed. Pets can be discussed. The rent will be 10500 SEK per month, including internet, electricity, and water. Date of moving can be discussed! Very happy to discuss the apartment and give a tour if your interested.
