We are 3 people sharing. I am 40 years old and work full-time as a teacher. I've shared my flat for several years. I appreciate to have company home and I don't need all this space by myself. All the bedrooms are located on the second floor. 4 min walk from the t-bana Rissne, 14 min to T-Centralen. The room is furnished with a bed, desk and a bookshelf. Rent for the room is 5600 kr (including internet, HBO, Netflix, Disney+, electricity, home insurance). At my place you’ll get a full access to the flat and nobody is expected to be limited into their own rooms. The neighbourhood is nice, close to nature and quiet but still nearby everything you might need. Hemköp, Willys and Stora Coop grocery stores located within a short walk from the flat.
