Hello everyone! I have a 2 room apartment in Norra Fäladen, Lund and looking for someone to rent my apartment! The apartment is close to the university and hospital, with 2 supermarkets and bus stops just a hop away. The rent is 8,600 excluding internet & electric bill usually comes around 300 kr! The apartment is fully furnished.I am renting it out for 1 year starting from March or April ! No pets and no smoking please! I would love to share more details if someone is interested!
