## **Looking for female roommate in Lund** Hi! I am looking for a nice and responsible female roommate to rent a bedroom in my 3-room apartment. Rent is 4800 kr per month with a 1-month’s rent deposit. The apartment is available for move in September 1, but you can move in as early as August 20 if desired. The location is just a 15-minute walk to Lund Central and is close to a bus stop that goes right into town. **Important:** I have **two friendly indoor cats**, so you must love cats and have no allergies. The apartment is about 55m2 and would be shared with me. It has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and a little entry hall. I think it’s quite spacious and comfortable. Everything is fully furnished except for the bedroom I’m renting out. I’m working on decorating the living room and making it more comfy. The building is super cozy and has both apartments and a corridor, so it’s pretty social. There’s a nice community here and if you ever need help with something there’s usually someone who’s willing. It also has a pretty garden with a barbecue and benches to eat at. I’m American and Croatian but have been living in Sweden for years. I’m pretty quiet and mostly play video games and read in my room. I like to cook and sometimes have friends over for painting and game nights. * **Rent:** **4,800 SEK/month**. Electricity, water, heating, and internet are included. * **Deposit:** 1 month’s rent (4,800 SEK) that would be returned when moving out. To help with the student budget, this can be split across your first two months (2,400 SEK + 2,400 SEK). * **Lease Period:** For the academic year (e.g., September 2026 to June, 2027). Extending through summer can be discussed! * **The Space:** The bedroom is mostly unfurnished. There is a single bed and a chair that can be used or removed if desired. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished, and the kitchen is completely stocked with cookware and appliances.
