We are looking for a permanent tenant for our newly renovated stuga. We are a young family, live in a villa next door and both buildings are surrounded by a huge garden with a dedicated garden area for you. So if you like to do the gardening or just sit outside in the evenings - there is gonna be space for you! The stuga is newly insulated and has floorheating in the bedroom, bathroom and hallway. All appliances in kitchen and bathroom are completely new. The stuga is furnished with a bed, a couch and a dining table + chairs. We bought a few kitchen basics that can be used as well (plates, cutleries, cups, cooking pot and pan etc.) Our home is 4 mins drive and 10 mins biking from the Kårsta Station where you can use the 27 line Roslagsbanan to Stockholms Östra. The stated price includes all costs, except electricity which will be based on usage. Most important for us is that we find someone that likes nature, countryside and someone we get along with, as we will be living on the same property.
