The apartment will be rented out as a second-hand lease. It is originally 86 square meters with two bedrooms, but one small room will be used to store the landlord’s personal belongings. The remaining 75 square meters of living space will be rented out as furnished. The rent includes electricity (up to a maximum of 500 SEK per month, based on normal consumption) and unlimited internet. The landlord will be traveling outside Sweden during the rental period but will be reachable via WhatsApp. A representative of the landlord, who is based in Linköping, will be available for direct contact if needed. Rent is to be paid via Swish or bank transfer during the last week of each month. A deposit of 10,000 SEK is required and will be refunded to the tenant before returning the keys, after inspection and confirmation by the landlord’s representative. The first-hand tenant (landlord) is a researcher at Linköping University who will be on parental leave for several months. The apartment is therefore intended for a person, couple or family who values cleanliness and enjoys living in an orderly home. Since the landlord has a baby and the wife has allergies, smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. A formal subletting agreement, based on Victoriahem’s standard contract, will be signed by the landlord, the tenant, and the landlord’s representative, and will be submitted to Victoriahem for approval.
